Perfect-Aupair technically reprocesses profile images displayed publicly. Embedded metadata such as camera and location information is removed. The unchanged original is stored securely and is not publicly accessible. It may be used only for authorised safety and abuse checks. Private gallery photos are not publicly accessible and are shown only after you explicitly approve access for an existing contact.
Protection from sexual content and harassment
Sexual or pornographic content, nudity, sexual harassment, grooming and requests for intimate images are prohibited in profiles, images, offers and messages, especially involving minors or people who appear to be minors. Report such content or contacts. Content may be manually reviewed, withheld or removed when there is a reason to do so. Technical risk signals can be wrong. Approval is not proof of identity, suitability or safety.
Abuse reports and requests for another review are handled exclusively by authorised it-soft administrators. Reports and responses are communicated electronically. Technical systems may assist; the final decision is made by a human.
